Warranty Registration

Enter the serial number and click GO.

1. If your serial number is in our system, the form will display the information you provided at the time of purchase. If you purchased the equipment from an M&R dealer, you may have to fill out each required field to complete warranty registration.
2. Enter the date the equipment was installed (INSTALLATION DATE).
3. Make sure all required fields (denoted *) are filled in, and modify or update any incorrect information.
4. Enter the serial number and installation date of additional pieces of equipment (if applicable) and click ADD.
5. Click PREVIEW to view your information.
6. If the information is incorrect, click EDIT. (You can also click EDIT to return and enter additional serial numbers.) If the information is correct, click SUBMIT. We will send you a confirming email.
7. Please use English characters only.
